Their employees harassed and conned money from a local food truck owner. This is a poorly managed business whose sole focus is growing their paychecks.

Engine head is destroyed.
I took my car here for a head gasket job. It was fixed for 5 years, then had problems. Took it back to them and they could not figure out the problem.
It took them a full two weeks and two unnecessary repairs to realize that it was the head gaskets again. After not trusting them because they couldn't figure it out, I took it to a new shop that told me they used a grinder on the engine head.
Block is now warped and to fix it we are looking at rebuilding the engine. Don't go to these guys.

Fantastic shop. Honesty and value!
I have used First Rate for years, and so have all my friends and family. If they were shady, we certainly would have figured that out by now. We have not come across a more honest, reasonable, or accurate shop. I will not go anywhere else. Sometimes Daniel and his crew take a little time getting the job done, but perfection is never acheived immediately.
