They did a terrific job when 1st Rate installed our new roof back in 2016. The pricing was reasonable, it looked beautiful and the service was outstanding. In addition they really stand behind their work. Twice we had storm damage and when we called we got immediate service. We noticed light coming in our attic crawl space late yesterday so we gave 1st Rate a call expecting to get an answering machine. Tim and Tony along with the rest of the team recently made some roofing repairs on my property. They are extremely responsive, transparent,honest and efficient .They went over what needed to be done in detail , answered all my questions and provided an excellent service in what needed to be done on my roof.
