They take twice as long as they estimate, then try to tell you that is how it is in repairs. "Things take longer and cost more" than the shop owner ( who I foolishly believed would know how long a repair takes and how much paint and labor costs) expected. I say only as long as consumers are stupid enough to keep them in business.
First Quality lived up to their name in repairing the collision damage to my Ford. The front right fender was badly dented, the hood was bent, and the front bumper was totaled. Not only could you not see where repairs had been made after their work, but the paint color match was almost exact. Highly recommended.
I would recommend to anybody thinking about taking their vehicle to first quality to reconsider. My experience with them has been a nightmare. I can't believe what poor quality and shoddy workmanship I received. My vehicle has multiple paint issues, and door and window problems. I wonder if anybody even inspected it, before they called to say that it was finished. I am extremely upset and disapointed! I DO NOT recommend first quality! Shameful to say the least!!!
