Salesman did not get out of his chair the whole time I was there. I stood outside looking at the vehicle for 20 minutes. No one appeared. Go inside talk to the salesman, Would you like To take it for a ride, I replied, yes. Signed the paper, handed me the tags. I went on my way. After returning asking questions about the vehicle, I'll get the maintenance guys to look at it. Never taking me out to the vehicle. And answering questions. If this is the way to sell cars, Hire me, please. Never got out of the chair!

The dealership is very accommodating. I asked to have a pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle and they (Little Rob) agreed to my request, delivering the vehicle to a local Porsche mechanic in the area.
Lil Rob was great good communication and customer service.
In looking for a Grand Cherokee for my son, I contacted First Quality Auto. The Jeep ended up being sold before we got there to test drive but Tina and Lil Rob were great. We ended up finding a Jeep elsewhere but I would look here again when I am ready to find a used car for my daughter.
This dealer wanted me to do a complete (hard hit) credit check before even getting a text drive. Who buys a car without at least test driving a used vehicle especially.
Lil Rob was great to deal with. Awesome dealership and I will be back
