Took some time to sort out the claim, but in the end everything worked out really well. Very professional and clear communication/correspondence.
I can not believe the crazy they have been doing to me with handling my flood with hurricane Ian. I have coverage and they are treating me like I am not entitled to what should be covered. They have sent my case to the 3 adjuster who must be the strong arm person. Been 4 months of them giving me a run around and not dealing with me like a person that house have been destroyed and not able to live in their home. Flood insurance does not cover living elsewhere. They are very professional, understanding and easy to work with. My claim was easy then became complicated. My adjuster stayed in touch throughout the whole process. I’m happy with the end result.
