This company has been managing a property for me for 18 months. I have a contract with them to rent out the house and this also includes property maintenance on an adjacent property. The adjacent property has not been maintained. I am being charged 250 dollars per month for this service. There are supposed to be inspections of the home and property. We have been in a management contract with you as of March 2021. Your management contract explicitly states: "Manager is given the exclusive right to institute repairs to the property... Manager is not required to perform any act or duty..." Right does not equate responsibility and we do not have an obligation to perform any maintenance without the necessary funds. They are the worst people to rent from. The apartment that we lived in had roaches bed bugs and silverfish which they did nothing to prevent them. They would come every other 3 months to spray which was supposed to be every month. I wish I could give them 0 stars because they don't deserve a star. They need to comdeamed all of their buildings maintenance is horrible they half way fix things the customer service is horrible and you never get to talk to the landlord

There was a pest issue at this property, which started in your unit. We took affirmative action to treat all affected units. Unfortunately, when you continued to neglect to pay rent after we attempted to work with you on this, we did have to file eviction.
BED BUGS This company has not addressed the issue of bed bugs, allowing the problem to spread from unit to unit. WV law requires the landlord to assume the financial responsibility for bed bug control but First Property Solutions continues to bully tenants and ignore the issue,
