This is a very unprofessional and untrustworthy company. The disparity that exists between tenants is quite noticeable. Some apartments have brand new flooring, and appliances with the exception of a refrigerator that now the tenant has to buy. They are simply interested in the RENTAL PAYMENTS not complying with the laws of New Jersey. I have been requesting to know the location of my security deposit and to date, no response.
