The entire First Property Management team is world class. From ownership to all the people that make up FPM, they are quick to respond to our needs, comprehensive in their options and solutions to our problems and friendly. As a trustee at one of the properties they provide property management and accounting, we are pleased to have a partnership with First Property Management.
Horrible experience with the manager. He doesn’t even know the people who live here. Accept for a helper(very nice person that works for the property management company ) in regards to several plumbing issues since first management took over and before. The original management person was very quick in responding to plumbing issues, but not first management and first management was constantly trying to blame me of the plumbing issues when in fact, it was my neighbors in which we have an a common discharge system for waist. Have never had a good interaction with anybody at this company. Everyone you speak to is so shockingly obnoxious, from the folks in the office right up to the owners. If you try to complain, the owner threatens to fine you $100. No idea how they are still in business
