Horrible,,Horrible Management company for condo owners. Many managers in the past 5 years...none of whom care about condo owners. Their answers indicate that somehow, they were hired by the condo owners....when, in fact, the owners hired them ! I have had experience with other management companies, and they were all better than First Community. Hire any other management company...you'll do better.

Crime is way up in ******* since Mar 2020 especially, and especially where I live. Yet, the property manager takes no action on a couple of extremely severe concerns that should have been addressed as soon as he was made aware. For years now (FCM is started with us in July 2021 to be fair), the surveillance feed for RCN channel 196 (all RCN buildings have this feature) has not worked, and FCM has done nothing about it during the past 10 months. Our Association hired FCM in 2021. Our Association is week run. We have a reserve study, and board members are very knowledgeable about the building. FCM assigned us a property manager who made no effort to learn about the property. FCM informed us that their managers were specifically instructed not to speak with board members when visiting the property, because this would take time.
