This credit union only has a couple of locations I had to come down to the E. Boston branch on a Sunday to withdraw money from my savings account only to find the atm is out of service. I think I'll be transferring to a more local bank with several locations
Terrible people
Opened my first account with this institution in nineteen ninety nine, when it was actually a credit union. My immediate family has held up to 15 total accounts along with mortgages, car and personal loans all in good standing. My debit card was scammed at either MB or local gas station and I was treated terribly by the manager of the East Boston branch. Even though they are federally insured for that money, I not only didn't get it all back I was Hit with overdraft fees numerous times for every transaction. Some of it was c... read more
