I've been lending to them since 2012. I asked for my money back from ***** and **** since Dec 6 2033 and they aren't giving it back or answering my calls. They also didn't submit my taxes correctly and won't correct it. They are putting the properties in their names and sons names so possible tac fraud also. I'm getting a lawyer to die them because they are also not responding to me about returning my 200k
This business does not have good customer service. When I rented from them a few years ago, they were only about receiving your money but did not care anything about repairs and maintenance. By the first of the month, you must pay them without fail or be sued. But requests for service, repairs or maintenance go on forever. They would threaten you the moment you questioned their service delivery. Very poor customer service. They have a lawyer with a law firm downtown who loves money and will do all to get money out of you one... read more
