As someone else said, Mike runs in & out of the yard, never there more than a few minutes while checking off all these services he clearly does NOT do. There were several instances where he “claims” he came but ran out of his trusty little checklist, but we work from home, have cameras in the front & back that never caught him coming in. I gave him the benefit of the doubt until he clearly no-showed a week with no explanation, but wanted to charge the regular amount.
