Seriously so beyond disappointed. Mike checks off that he does all the services that are checked on the slip, however, he doesn’t. I work from home and he is literally at my house for seconds. It’s been going on for awhile and other people who are at my home noticed as well. I do not recommend.
Had Mike for years and felt like he was doing a great job and I would always recommend but then the price was increased by 20%. Which wasn’t that big of a deal until I started noticing the visits getting quicker. I work at night so I was home most days he came. After the last visit I checked the paperwork 15 minutes after he left where it said skimmer basket cleaned and pool skimmed. Does a great job maintaining my pool. It looks so much better since I started using them. The last pool company I had was a joke.
We have just recently started using First Place Pools and we ALREADY see a huge difference in our pool! Very Professional! Thank you!
