Not the cleanest apartment building to live in. The elevator and floors hardly get mopped. Once you leave the ground floor everywhere smells damp and stale. Moved in 2019 and the application process was wonderful but once you move in things go belly up. Terrible looking doors that haven’t been painted in forever and dirty floors is what you get.
This is a great place to rent. Violet is an excellent building manager. Very kind and welcoming during the application process and she is quick to get any maintenance issues resolved.
I moved to First Place Apartments in 2012 and the building was okay but since we have this new manager Violet things have taken a serious change the lobby beautiful Touch of Class the laundry room clean and fresh smelling a definite plus and when it comes to repairs or maintenance Violet is all business thank you York property management for giving us Violet she is truly an asset🤓
York's Mission Statement is, "To provide a comfortable and positive living experience." I can say that this has been my experience here, and I believe that it is because of Violet and the Maintenance Staff.
