This is by far the WORST HHA I have ever encountered!!! Most of the employees are Phillipino and sometimes the phone calls get rerouted to the Phillipines. You have to ask for the Chicago office if you want any kind of an answer to your question. ( And then you keep getting transferred from person to person) This next problem is a by far the worst thing I have ever encountered.
