Called to speak with the doctor or nurse to get a prescription for a sinus infection. The office said a nurse would call me back and it’s going on 48 hours now without a call. If YOU can’t call your patients back the same day, you should inform your patient so they can go elsewhere! Customer service and the office staff get a grade of F. DO BETTER!!!
The worst customer service I have ever seen. The front staff is incredibly rude. Why you would want to be in health care and treat people poorly I will never understand. I have changed my primary care location.
Extremely disappointed with this Gastroenterologist office. We were on our way to the appointment when a major traffic accident caused a delay. We immediately called the office to let them know, and the staff assured us it was okay. After rushing to get there, we were told they wouldn't see us because we were beyond 10 mins of our appointment(2 mins over) and had to reschedule. This was completely unacceptable. FPG Gastroenterology at Hillview is EXCEPTIONAL! All the nurses and staff are super friendly, they calmed my nerves, they were very caring and compassionate! Travis got my IV in 1 stick, which is hard to do! They made it all so easy to have my first colonoscopy, from April at registration, to Kathy my excellent pre-op nurse, to Sabrina my recovery nurse, plus the anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist.
