Office called me on Monday afternoon to confirm I could come in anytime this week to complete my lab work- lab opens at 7am 7:30am this morning I arrive to the office with a note on the lab door that they were closed. I questioned the lady with curly hair (who kept her back to me the entire time mind you) as to when the lab is available as I was called and told to come in this week. Dr Jeffrey Glover has been my doctor since 2013. I consider myself very fortunate to have him as my primary care physician. He truly cares for his patiences, I can say that because my sister goes here and so do several of my neighbors.
Dr Glover has been taking care of me for 25 years.i trust him completely. he always asks me about my personal life and his advice is a blessing. I call him a friend. True friends are hard to find. Now the lady at checkout I swear I must remind her of her cheating x husband..she got pissy cause she had to get up and go get my script from doc.. she told me I owed a bill ,I showed her on my phone id paid it. Had an appointment at 915 unfortunately car battery was dead. Called office as soon as they opened at 830. Couldn't get in until September which was unacceptable. Borrowed car from neighbor dropped her off at physical therapy and drove to the office. Elevator was broken had to go in the back and climb 2 story stairs. Got into the office about 15 minutes late and they refused to see us. This is an insult. Not an office with empathy maybe best thing and will find another doctor.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED. ThiS group reeks with idiocy and the level of ineptness is quiet remarkable. From the front desk personel to the doctors, the entire practice is unprofessional, wirh untrained employees and mistakes occur at all levels. AVOID....
