RecommendedMy doctor is great, wouldn't trade for another. Today however the group has failed. I don't know what fly by night lab they are using but they failed to show for a covid test today, wife and son wasted a whole day for some guy who doesn't answer his phone - Surely 1st Physicians can do better than this. Very disappointed with this NO SHOW lab guy - no call no nothing just a cellphone messege

This is the most uncaring callous doctors group I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a new physician, do yourself a favor. Find a different organization/doctor to treat your illness. They will schedule you for all kinds of tests just to bilk your insurance company out of anything they can get. Also, there are no assurances that your doctor will stay with this practice for very long. Just when you get accustomed to your doctor they up and leave. We had our first appointment with Dr Tavarez and absolutely love him! He really took the time to make my 7yr old daughter like him and feel comfortable. I love how he explained safety with her and never made us feel rushed. I do excited to have found this office and him.
