My only star goes to the receptionists, I believe that doctor Mário Azuero doesn't know, but they do a very bad job as receptionists.
Dr. Azuero is wonderful. I am a liver transplant patient and he is very knowledgeable about my condition. I am very happy with the care he provides.
Went for a physical. The young lady up front told me there is NO Co-pay for a physical. All good. An hour after I leave the office I get a call saying I owe a $15 Co-pay? When I asked why she said because it was billed as an office visit??? NO REASONABLE EXPLANATION AS YO WHY!! Must be because it puts extra money in the doctors pocket. And they ordered 2 perscriptions for me and one was incorrect. 3 phone calls and 6 days later still no perscription. Surprise. They don't make them like they use to. Competent and caring.
La verdad 100% recommendable, la atenciòn en la oficina excelente y el Dr. Azuero super profesional. Es muy dificil sentirse paciente y no UN numero. Èste lugar definitivamente te hace sentir Pasiente...
