Came to get my medical card updated first you have to go to the clinic on the west side of the parking lot and then walk across the parking lot. Wait at the other clinic which smells like a truck stop bathroom that they tried to cover the smell with Lysol spray Absolutely do not recommend smells horrible and you will waste half your day just to get a medical card done
I’ve been coming to this clinic for a couple of years now and the Drs and staff are always always very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the little girls working the front desk are not very friendly. They can be pretty rude with their eye rolling and playing on their personal phones. Made me feel some kind of way because she couldn’t pull up my information. I’m just doing my job is what she said, well do it better because I’m sick and I work and pay to have insurance and be seen by a Doctor.
Be ready to wait HOURS! Especially if you have an appointment.
