Excellent staff, everyone was great. They keep it interesting and don't miss the small details.
First Physical helped me set goals I could attain and then helped me reach them. I was so happy to get back to yoga after breaking my wrist! I was so happy with the progress I made and the exercises they taught me to do will be therapy I can do for myself from home if I feel like I'm getting stiff or feeling any pain. I was in good hands at First Physical!!
