The team was a joy to work with. It is clear that they aim to put the customer first in their business. They quoted us very fair price and were happy to expand the scope of the project at our request. They were able to complete our project in one day, and the worksite was spotless when we got home from work that day. If you need groundwork done in Snohomish Co, I would highly recommend them!

The customer service within this company is absolutely atrocious, essentially nonexistent. The woman named Melanie will not let you ever speak, even if you ask, she will just yell over you constantly. Tony will commit to work and not follow through. They seem to struggle to follow plans. If you hire them, plan to do the leg work for them so they are not inconvenienced in any way.

I could not of gotten my short plat required site improvements completed without Tony and Melanie. They guided me through the process during COVID, material supply issues, City codes and requirements, and a concrete strike. Their communication was great! I always got an honest answer and resolutions to problems that came up. They have a relationship with the power, sewer, water and City Departments, so it helped immensely with inspections and getting the correct things done!

The First Phase Construction team has stepped in and is helping me resolve some challenges left behind from a previous contractor on a single family home I am building on Martha Lake. I cannot express my gratitude for their construction knowledge from developing a property to building out a structure. The First Phase Construction team has completed several projects for me over the years. Both at my personal property as well as business properties. Their work for me has included construction of retaining walls, erecting a metal structure, grading out gravel road and parking area, plowing snow from my business properties, and answering emergency problematic water/sewer calls that impacted my customers.
