We have been getting my son‘s growth hormone prescription filled here for the past six years, and their customer service quality has plummeted in the past few months. Our insurance refuses to cover the medication so we are part of the cash pay program. When I called last week to refill their representative just told me they couldn’t send it to us without bothering to tell me why. I went To pick up my sons medicine was told to wait 20 minutes. We left and went to lunch. When we came back an hour and a half later we where told to wait another 20 minutes and i was Asked did i want a 1 month or 3 month supply. I advised 1 month so that i could use my insurance. After waiting an additional 20 minutes they bring me a 90 day supply after i advised i wanted To use my insurance. I then Asked for a supervisor and the tech walked away as if i wasnt Speaking to him.
