Brad Lynn First Option Lending I worked with Brad and he was phenomenal. I could not say anything better about my experience with him.
wanted to give 1/2 a star These loan officers treated me like a criminal. It's them that should go to jail. They told me I had to have two appraisal paid cash for them to them and guess what they cant help me. The appraisals came in at the right figures, it was there own underwriters that said the appraisals didnt work. Just a scam to get what little money a 78 year old woman had left. I hope they get what they deserve. Brad Lynn is a lying dirt bag.
