Put together a contract and sales agreement and sold to someone else before I could get there. Contract or agreement doesn’t stop them from selling out from under you. Beware. After seeing your response I would like to say if you look back at our messages I asked for a purchase agreement. I already had the loan. Needed purchase agreement for the bank to write up the papers and cut the check. Through the whole process responses when they finally came were short and vague.
