This company might be “first onsite” but they are definitely last to come back and finish the job THEY took on. I have been without a floor in my basement now for 4 months. I might be the tenant but I live here and my bedroom, office and bathing quarters are in the basement. Apparently picking out a floor is rocket science for these people.
