I had/have a very disappointing experience with First Onsite during my insurance restoration. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. I repeatedly had to chase updates, follow up on unanswered emails, phone calls, texts and push for basic information on timelines and outstanding work. Multiple commitments to “get back to me” simply never happened.
