Your Peterborough Ontario Canada location was hired on Sept 23 2024 to restore our home after a fire .It is now April 29 2025 and the work preformed so far is sub par at best today there is no one working and for the last 5 weeks we have maybe had one or two people just trying to correct what little has been done so far.You have trapped us in a never ending stress filled situation and all we can do is sit and hope .Will you do anything about htis situation ? First Onsite was recommended by CAA Insurance to address the immediacy of the initial remedial work. Steve Fox (Barrie Branch Manager) and Brett Curtis (Barrie Project Manager) were not only knowledgeable and timely in their communication, they were extremely helpful in assisting us in navigating what was our first insurance claim.
