Its really too bad that a restoration company that works with insurance companies cannot be reliable and trustworthy when talking about problems and or possible cuases. My property had flooding in the basement from the flash thaw in the beginning of the year, and the man who came to assess the damage argued the foundation type of my house. Very quick, efficient and nice. Like I'm sure hundreds of other people this winter I ended up with water in my basement. Once insurance got involved someone from First Onsite called immediately to set up the remediation work and to have someone come out to do the required quotes. The workers who came for cleanup were extremely polite, efficient and did their best to minimize the mess to the rest of my house. Excellent work, constant contact with us. Got all necessary work done for basement floor removal, and had the basement all dried out in 3 days.
