We were unfortunately one of thousands who were affected by the ice storm in March 2025. Living in Midland, we experienced 5 days without hydro and thus 3 inch deep water came into our fully furnished basement. After we contacted our insurance company we were told that First on Site was located out of Barrie and would hear back from them. My basement was water damaged following the ice storm in March 2025, first onsite was the responding emergency clean up and restoration company. Their staff were quick, efficient, friendly and honest, even found and returned a valuable heirloom ring that had been missing for a couple years. The carpentry staff that did the rebuild were wonderful and their work impeccable. Our damage after the spring ice storm was repaired efficiently. We are very pleased with the service provided by FIRST ONSITE. The company assigned by them to repair our roof did an excellent job. I highly recommend FIRST ONSITE.
