If there was a 0 stars option I would choose that. Not only did it take me calling another lender for Kyle to finally get me the pre-approval letter I needed, but they kept us in the dark about our loan until 1 week before closing when they informed us they wouldn't write it saying we were declined. Come to find out, after speaking with an underwriter, we weren't declined but that the bank wouldn't manually underwrite one aspect of our loan. My password had expired and I got locked out of my account. Went inside and had Callie James help me. Granted, she has helped me in the past, but I never expected her to remember my first and last name. So without giving her any of my information. She had me back into my account in minutes. It's nice to know that people still can give wonderful customer service. Thank you very much. Made my day!
