I’ll continue to post this wherever I can, especially after this bank teller contacted my husband’s place of employment after I left a negative review. I want to warn everyone I can to avoid banking here at all costs. Customer service is key and this bank falls way short.
Incredibly unhappy customer! Beware they are not versed on products they are selling. Terrible customer service from the 41 and Peoria branch. After calling several times and getting bounced around the manager at Jenks was able to help me. Employee from Peoria then accused me of not giving them correct info to help me. Needless to say I closed my account their today. The manager at Jenks was apologetic. I hope they give their employees better training!

Though I like my larger bank that we've been associated with for nearly 30 years, having one that is close by, and has an extraordinary CD rate (at this time, it is incredible) - one of the largest in the state - and glad to start "laddering" them. Not only great customer service, but our own neighbors, and their supporting our Stage Right Productions, LLC, in Pawnee, among many other projects in the works! We appreciate Paula and Brandi!!
