The most accommodating best customer service.
I heard a radio add for this company about being the best place for business loans and unmatchable customer service, so I figured I would give them a shot. I called multiple times and left messages with Johnathan Hendrix however he never returned my call. So I figured I would pop in and try to catch him however that failed multiple times as well. For a company that prides themselves on being there when you need them, they never showed up.
