Customer service is hit or miss. Most employees there are not native english speakers and it shows. They have difficulty explaining things most of the time and its hard to understand. They also sell your personal data including social security number to marketing 3rd party companies which were hacked btw. Then they refuse to take any accountability!! Banks are Banks, but this one is a step above. HIGHLY RECOMMEND The staff in Fairfield (and Winters) is amazing, and they take care of you through all the right processes. Mary Poe took time to help point me in all the right directions when I started my first business, and that help was invaluable. When Mary retired, and after moving out of the immediate area, I tried another bank more local to my new location for new business venture. I've been banking with First Northern since I first opened a bank account 15+ years ago. Even though I've moved away from Northern California, I have continue to bank with First Northern as I've always received excellent service.
