Been sitting here for over 30 minutes and haven't seen anyone. The bank doesnt seem very open to help the customer. Pretty bad In general.
Great custumer service, they were easy to assist me in the services I needed both on the phone and in person. When I went to the Elkhorn location for a new debit card, Mark Dekker (senior vice president/ chief officer) was quick to assist me in what I needed. Very polite, I talked to him for about 10 minutes after he helped me. Great people.
