Way way ahead of the competition .
I pride myself in only writing positive reviews. But Sarah Johnston was so unprofessional that I have to let others know. Choose someone else to represent you or to buy from as I certainly will. I was purchasing a property. Sarah Johnston asked for our info to prepare the contract. I called her next day to confirm. She sounded a bit annoyed but regardless said the contract is on her to do list for today. I waited a couple of more days just to learn that the property was sold to someone else! Such a lier, gross!

Schultz First National has managed our investment property in Cundletown for 21 years ! We have had some excellent property managers over this time including Julie, Eva and Megan - all of them efficient and helpful with an eye for detail and excellent response time for us as out of town landlords. I rented in Taree for almost 2 years through first national. It was good experience. I had friends who complain about other real estate but First national was efficient to solve problems. I will recommend all my friends in Taree to rent through first national if they need to rent in Taree or manage their property.
