This is my first time being a land lady and Nathan has been excellent at looking after my properties. They mean a lot to me because one is my first house and the other is our family home where we grew up. Nathan charges market rates and takes excellent photos, both of which I was looking for in a property manager. I would recommend Nathan to anyone.
I have been renting with this agency for 3 years now Anytime we have had any issues or maintenance it has been very hard to get anything repaired the most recent is a standard shower blockage which is general maintenance which nathan has sent us the invoice to pay which is a joke at best Nathan constantly giving us a sob story about the owner of the property having no money to do any repairs or general maintenance and trying to get us to pay for it As of now we have had no rear fence at our property for 6 months and had our ... read more
