Nathan was our property manager for 15 months and from beginning to end he was a pleasure to deal with, and was accomodating to all of our requests. His responses were always prompt and efficient, but also detail oriented, so I could always trust that everything was completed and documented properly (receipts, maintenance, lease documents etc.). He was also very helpful with changing our lease to a month to month tenancy when we were looking at moving interstate!
