By far the worst real estate I’ve ever dealt with. They show zero concern for tenants and will squeeze every cent they can, particularly once you’ve moved out. I had four different property managers during my tenancy of four years, which really reflects the poor culture of this business. Would not budge on cost of repayments on my arrears and left me living off 10% of my income I would not recommend them to anyone.
Would highly recommend Fiona Ivanusa as a great property manager she’s only been taking care of our property for just under a year now but she has by far proven to be a very knowledgeable and dedicated part of the first national team

Talking to Fiona feels like you are a second class citizen. Fiona is rude, arrogant and disrespectfull. I am an old Australian, I rented a unit where Fiona doesn't know Australian living standards.
