I highly recommend First National Merrylands’ service. Carina and the team have helped me manage my rental property for a few years now. I have never had to worry about the property, knowing that Carina will let me know asap and manage it accordingly should issue arises. They helped me find a really good tenant. Inspections are done on time and thoroughly. Communications are timely and clear. I am thankful for their service.
Not recommended, moving out they will deduct all your Bond. Not very good experience moving in and moving out. The property was full of broken this and that when we moved in and unacceptable to live in without having to hire a professional cleaner. When we moved out, we were tricked into cleaning the property professionally and our bond was still being deducted for cleaning when we did clean the house properly This agent only care about the owner, didn't really care for tenants.
