Listed my property 2 weeks after they sent me written confirmation that they would. Negative experience, cost me money, lost my trust. FN Lake Macquarie was my property manager for ~2 years. Had great tenants. My recent experience is that they’re low touch and need constant following up otherwise you don’t get anything out of them.
