After selling our apartment, we were accidentally overpaid rent and promptly returned it when asked. During our final months, the agency attempted to coerce us into signing a backdated lease agreement to bypass statutory notice periods. Absolutely would NOT recommend this agency. The agency lost the keys for the property then refused to compensate us to have them replaced. This is despite the agency being the ONLY agency that had possession of all the keys since we moved out.
