I have 2 units to rent in Brisbane. Since Tamara took over looking after both units the service has been first class, responsible and reliable.
Had an appalling property inspection today at Emporium on South Bank. The real estate agent knew hardly any answers when asked, and seemed rude when replying to any answers he did know. Also had a 'faulty' key and couldn't show us the communal areas of this property despite it being 3000 AUD a month and only response was that he couldn't do anything more. We were genuinely very keen to go ahead with this property prior this inspection but after today, we have been completely put off.
Very professional and efficient.
We've just signed a new lease with First National Coorparoo and am really happy with the experience. Very prompt, professional and friendly communication from Tamara and great services to do lots of the process online.
