Absolutely would NOT recommend this agency. The agency lost the keys for the property then refused to compensate us to have them replaced. This is despite the agency being the ONLY agency that had possession of all the keys since we moved out.
If I could give this agency minus 10 stars, I would. Avoid them at all costs. Their business practices are completely unethical and unprofessional. As a landlord, you’ll waste your time and money. As a tenant, you’ll be at a serious disadvantage, as they do not have proper business practices in place. I usually support small businesses, but this office is poorly managed and unprofessional.
Simply the best Property Management office in Coorparoo and surrounding areas. Have tried others but have found this office to be better on all levels of looking after my property (both for thye tenants and myself the owner). Highly recommend
