Recently sold our house in Beechworth through First National, on quite short notice. Tony Stockdale and Janet Friend were very straight up with market expectations, timelines, and cost structures. Their communication was open, clear, concise, and very good. Differences in fact versus opinion/advice were made clear. We found their advice excellent. House was sold and settled very quickly. Megan King looked after us when we were looking for a property to rent. At the time we were in North Queensland and Megan was extremely helpful and efficient, as we had not rented for a long time. Once in the property Megan and other staff at Bonnici and Associates were always friendly and answered our questions. My husband and I couldn’t fault the professionalism of Megan while renting through Bonnici and Associates.
