We had the pleasure of dealing with Carol as buyers, and if it was possible, I'd give her infinity more than 5 stars. After hearing of general negative sentiment of REAs and what we might encounter as buyers, Carol was the opposite. We saw her go above and beyond for the homeowner and help them with way more than an agent should. She was always happy to answer questions we had and provide information we asked for. We are very happy that we got lucky with Carol :)
A very stressful experience. For 3 months we were told that we need to reduce our price. Would not listen to seller. Well guess what! The seller was right and managed to appoint a professional hard working agent who managed to sell the property for 43k above their suggested sale price!
Carol dealt with the sale of our house and was fantastic. She was genuine, honest and always quick to respond with professional and honest feedback. A rare quality in real estate today. The whole process was so easy with her guidance.
Disappointing service. Issues encountered were all blamed on the buyer. Will never use this company.
