If you’re looking to rent a property through this company…just don’t. I found them to be very unresponsive and unprofessional in their dealing with a property vacate and bond return. Shortly after my son moved in there was an attempted break in where an insect screen was damaged by the would-be thief. This was in December 2023 and the incident and the damage were reported to the property management team. I have been renting from them for 3 years they had excellent communication and extremely helpful when I was broken into However as soon as I entered a periodic lease (no signed lease) they developed extremely poor communication and everything I had a housemate want to take over the lease and now doesn’t want to I have now in the process of moving out with no idea if I will ever get my bond back or a response for a 10 emails over 3 months
