As a trades small business owner, as usual these people are appalling at making payment, once again we have been caught. Cannot recommend doing work for them.
If you are a landlord, DO NOT use this agency. I have been dealing with an absolute nightmare since November 2023. It started with my tenant making late rent payments in the first month, then falling behind by several months. The director of this business, Eli, suggested that evicting the tenant and finding a new one would minimize my losses.
