I had the best Agents ever and the Landlord very good for the last 7 years. Therese and Jasmina have been very supportive on entire apartment that I lived in Bankstown. I will for sure come back to them. I have never ever had issues with the team at all. Anytime I required something to be fixed. they could send out someone, very fast responsive. Asked for an agent to call me back. She did the next day but sounded very unhappy about it. When I inquired about a property in Strathfield she just sighed and gave a description which sounded like she was trying to put me off the property? When i asked about allowing pets at the property she said yes yes yes, and then asked me to repeat my question before saying "no absolutely not!" showing that she wasn't even listening to me the first time. I asked whether she could ask the owner and she pretty much said no pets as there ... read more
