I actually purchased my vehicle from the First National location in Everett, where the service was amazing. A month later, wondering where my license plates are, I was told to call the Seattle location to ask if they'd been mailed there. The guy on the phone was SO rude and snotty, tried to pick a FIGHT with me and hung up on me when I called him on his rudeness. The service they provide is so dynamic,customers oriented and respectful hence i recommend every one to pay visit to First National fleet & lease car dealers.

I drove from the other side of town to this dealership for a car they no longer had due too it being crashed days before me arriving. Even though I had been texting the salesman for days about the specific car he neglected to tell me what happened until I got there and didn't even apologize for Wasting my time let alone gas.
