Would give zero stars if I could. I was relying on the online balance and activity statement to try to use the remainder of funds before closing my account at this bank. Big mistake… it doesn’t update frequently and I got overdrawn. I sent an authorized contact to zero out the account (because I live to far away from a physical location) so it would close… they mislead her into thinking that she had deposited enough (wouldn’t tell her the exact amount but also told her enough to make her think she put enough in.)
