I just opened an account with FNBT and the service I have received was amazing, Lou is very helpful and she answered all my questions--very nice and the staff is friendly as well.
I’ve been at this bank almost 14 years- I initially loved it. Now however (last 6 months or so) all my transactions take forever to post, even as pending. I got paid last night at midnight and there is no trace of my check showing up until tomorrow. All my bills show up a week after I pay them.. not sure what’s going on but nobody can seem to tell me anything. I’m just unsure all the time what’s really going on with my money.
I have banked with FNB my entire life. I've never had a single issue, and the staff has never been anything short of amazing �
