DO NOT BANK HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! The bank post misleading information on their website so they can scam you out of additional fees and charges. Employees will also hang up in your face if you ask to speak with anyone above primary supervisor.
I swear this is the slowest bank I have ever used.
First national bank is garbage, My NetFlix got cut because they stopped my card. the cs rep said their information got compromised so they stopped my card. They did not even call or write me to let me know. So now i have no TV until I get a replacement cards, what a Terrible way to do business!!
This bank is horrible. So terrible in fact I took the time to write BBB. I would recommend anyone considering opening an account with them to check out the complaints on Better Business Bureau and take your business elsewhere!
This bank has the worst customer service I ever seen , the local branch I deal with made a mistake on my account and fixed it but refuse to replace the funds they charged me for their mistake saying they don't return funds once removed . This bank is only about ripping off its customers !!!!!
I've spent 45 minutes on the phone today with your offices trying to make a payment on my mortgage loan. Still haven't been able to do so.
Worst bank ever that I have delt with! If u ever go negative ur screwed they will rack and rack up charges even if u pay and u account is not negative they will screw u and tell u bs even when u made the account not negative I will never bank with them and again and not recommend to anyone!
I recommend anyone who does internet banking anyway to look into Chime or other similar apps. This bank has completely inept customer service. They also took away connectivity to the Dave app which I have used in the past to avoid NSF fees (I do not use overdraft protection) because of "security issues" that they could not provide any information on.
