This bank is holding back my paycheck, why I don't understand. They did not do it before. I am diabetic and need my paycheck for my insulin, nope going to get paid again before they will release my earnings. Funny thing is the check has cleared the payroll account. Do not trust this bank.
Stop sending me emails for some other Todd Aurand. I don't want to know his business.
I think I am going to close both my business and personal accounts. As of this year I've encountered way too many problems with the bank that could of been simply and quickly fixed. What really set me over the edge is losing access to my accounts online for the last two days because they want to release a new app during the busiest time of the month (makes no sense). I am currently on hold with the customer service and it's been 30 minutes now.......I just don't feel like they're really putting customers first like their mot... read more
It's sad how they took advantage and screwed over my father who is on a fixed income because he is disabled. My father needed a emergency loan to have his car fixed. So the next day my father returned and the teller wasn't even there so he spoke with another woman and she said t... read more
This bank has the worst over the phone customer service they NEVER help when I need them too
It doesn't matter how long you've been a good customer with them; accidentally overdraft your account one time with them and there's not only no accident forgiveness, they'll post your charges out of order to maximize their payout. It cost me over $100 for an overdraft under $10. Apparently this bank is ran by mobsters, they're just ready to swoop in and prey on their customers who are already struggling to make ends meet. I should've cancelled my account from the start when I started off having problems with them.
My husband has this bank and they are HORRIBLE!! He has direct deposit and every Thursday the money is in there, but guess what!!??? It could be 5am when he’s going to work or it could be almost 7am for the deposit to hit. I’ve never had a bank that is so inconsistent. God forbid if you are sent money on the weekend it doesn’t post until that Monday morning. Absolutely horrible. We have every intention of dropping this bank
