Banked here for 3 years and after 3 bad encounters with the VP Chase I officially closed my account. I was tired of being talked down on by him. He's very caddy and demeaning and doesn't value his banking customers. Per him today I'm always so sour when we talk and he's right! He lives a very sour taste in mouth and I'm glad I won't ever have to talk to him again. I'm not sure if he is like that to women or black people in general but I have had enough.
