I am a second generation acct holder with FNBSF and i've loved the service up till the last week or so. When the going gets tough, don't rely on them. I am in a pinch and they are not willing to help. Rethinking where I should bank at. Not happy!
Love this bank, have had accounts there since I can remember. Super friendly people and they really are amazing at 26th and sertoma location. It has been my go to location for 3 years now and the people get to know you and my kids, really feel like they care and my son loves being able to go to the bank for the candy and to talk to them! Never go anywhere else!
