I'm a cosigner for an auto loan at this bank. They will not contact you if the loan payment isn't made & would rather let late fees and interest accrue. Once I was made aware the payment was late, I called & despite being on the loan several people refused to discuss it with me. I asked if I could pay online & was told to create an account.
