Alana, Keith and Rachel are so great and helpful! It was pretty stressful trying to figure out a rent payment but they made the process so much easier. It’s a really fantastic team here.
I personally believe this branch of FNBA is the best! I actually go out of my way to come here vs. the Dimond branch, because the people are so very friendly. They make a point to remember your name, resolve any issues you may have, and are pretty quick to process transactions. Specifically, the branch manager, Rachel, is a gem.
