Alana, Keith and Rachel are so great and helpful! It was pretty stressful trying to figure out a rent payment but they made the process so much easier. It’s a really fantastic team here.
I personally believe this branch of FNBA is the best! I actually go out of my way to come here vs. the Dimond branch, because the people are so very friendly. They make a point to remember your name, resolve any issues you may have, and are pretty quick to process transactions. Specifically, the branch manager, Rachel, is a gem. Excellent branch for personal and business accounts. Good location and easy parking. Friendly but very professional staff. Treat people and canines with courtesy and respect. All banks now charge fees for service, and grey beards remember when banks did not use fees for service, but now all do. Sasha.
